Volunteer Opportunties

The Feline Fix could not continue our mission without the help of our amazing volunteers!

CLINIC ASSISTANTS (medical experience helpful but not necessary)

Volunteer Clinic Assistants provide support to clinic staff in providing quality, efficient medical care to community & family-owned cats. Currently needed for our spay/neuter clinics held on Thursdays and Saturdays, 4-hour shifts (morning or afternoon).

FOSTER PARENTS
​
Foster Parents support the foster program by taking young kittens into their home and providing them with a safe space, care and socialization. Ample training is provided to give the skills necessary for socializing kittens.
​
VETERINARIANS
​
Volunteer Veterinarians assist with spay/neuter clinics.​ Note: Spay/neuter clinics are held on Thursdays & Saturdays. Surgical shifts can be 4 to 8 hours.

FUNDRAISING/EVENT SUPPORT
​
Support the executive director with fundraising efforts. Also assists with event planning and implementation. The position offers volunteers a lot of flexibility while still providing incredible support for our staff.
EDUCATION & OUTREACH SUPPORT
​
Provide community education for audiences of all ages and backgrounds regarding the mission and activities of The Feline Fix.
​
TRAPPERS
Provide The Feline Fix with humane trapping assistance for large and small Trap-Neuter-Return projects. Training and traps provided.
